1 c moong sprouts

1 tomato finely chopped 

1 tsp chat masala

1 tsp amchur masala

1 tsp sumac powder

Juice of 1/2 a lime

1/8 tsp. Cumin powder

1/8 tsp. Kashmir chilli powder

Salt as required 


For sprouts;

1 cup whole moong cleaned washed and soaked in water overnight.  Next morning tie in a muslin cloth and keep in a wide refill jar.  Rinse with cold water 2-4 times a day.  After 1 day when you open the muslin cloth the sprouts are ready.

Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl.  Taste and add salt if  required. Enjoy.
